| I was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. At an early age, I saw The Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show, and my career path became evident. As a kid I listened to anything and everything, and got started at age 6 with a decade of Piano lessons. I began playing Drums at 21 years old. Since then, I've been fortunate enought to work with a lot or really talented people, playing many pop styles. I've always considered myself a 'Rock' player, listening mainly to Simon Kirke, John Bonham, Ringo, Ian Paice, and Lee Kerslake, among others. I've realized over the last few years that I enjoy playing Country music the best. |
| Listening to Country players like Tommy Harden, Rich Redmond, Buddy Harman, and David Parks has really expanded my horizons.Playing with Blue River Bandis and has been a wonderful opportunity, this band is like a family, and our fans are the greatest. BRB's collective future looks bright, and I can't wait to see what it brings. www.JohnPFrederick.com |
